  	The Mormons have a entry for the christening showing the parents as John and Rachel Armstrong. The 1871 and 1881 censuses give Ann's birth place at Stockton.

  	Copy death certificate issued 15 March 2010 for Annie Walker shows she was aged 56 and died of cancer of the tongue. Her death was registered by her son Arthur Walker of Bishopton. She is described as 'wife of George Walker a butler' but I have not been able to trace him since the 1871 Census, although in the 1881 Census she is described as being a butler's wife although head of the household.

Perhaps because of the disparity in ages he added a few years! His father is shown as Thomas Walker a gardener and George's occupation is also gardener. No occupation shown for Ann. Ann's father John is a farmer.
