- RG11 Piece 4902 Folio 78 Page 9. Census shows Ann married as Head of Household and occupation as butler's wife, but there is no trace of him in 1871 or later. Ann's age is shown as 49 but should be 51. Herbert C aged 16, Arthur P 13 & Annie M 10.

- Copy death certificate issued 15 March 2010 for Annie Walker shows she was aged 56 and died of cancer of the tongue. Her death was registered
by her son Arthur Walker of Bishopton. She is described as 'wife of George Walker a butler' but I have not been able to trace him since the 1871 Census, although in the 1881 Census she is described as being a butler's wife although head of the household.

he should only be 21. Perhaps because of the disparity in ages he added a few years! His father is shown as Thomas Walker a gardener and George's occupation is also gardener. No occupation shown for Ann. Ann's father John is a farmer.
