  	Information from my late mother. Free BMD has an entry Ref. Volume 10A Page 210 for a Daniel B Williams aged 54 in the Sedgefield district which could possibly be the correct person although I am unaware of the middle name starting with a B. The age at death does not tie in with his birth.

His described as a Carrier. Hers described as a Miner. Edward's age is 33 and Maria's age is 26. Maria's age does not tie in with her age in the 1871 Census, so either certificate is for wrong couple or Maria was overstating her age. The various censuses ages do tie in with her date of birth.
