  	Copy certificate issued 13 December 2012 shows George Henry Thomas Walker 33 a cab driver died of"delirium, exhaustion following severe injuries accidentally caused on the 13th day of August 1912 by being thrown from his driving seat and dragged through one of the horses he was driving having shied and fallen and that he was then in the course of his employment as a cab driver. In the informant column it says "Certificate received from John Graham Coroner for Chester Ward. Inquest held August 17th 1912" Not certain if 'Chester Ward' means the accident happened in Chester-le-Street which is 6 miles from Durham.
